To Storage Facilities,
Just wanted to drop you a thank you note. You did a great job during my recent move. I was able to find a mini storage facility fast and easy.
Everything went great, from the first form that I submitted to the actual move. I received many interesting Self Storage Quotes and I was able to sort them out and to choose the best one for my needs. I am also spreading the word around about your website!

To StorageFacilities team
I am writing to commend the service of your website. I really appreciated your service and I did not even know that it exists. Only at the last minute, I learned that my new home is not ready because the builder did not receive a certificate of occupancy. I panicked. I have no place to store my furniture. I needed to find a self storage facility near my new home. I filled out the form on your site and in a very short time I was able to rent a storage unit 3000 miles away. You made my life so much easier and I thank you for that.

Storage container
A storage container is a container meant for the purpose of storing household goods or personal property which is sealed securely. A permit is necessary for an individual or an organization before maintaining a storage container. A storage container should not be more than 120 square feet, and not exceed more than 8 feet in height
Storage containers are actually developed for marine use. They are shipping containers made of high quality steel, which not only provides strength and durability but is also extremely secure. Storage containers can be trusted to protect the contents inside even under extreme weather conditions
The storage containers have corrugated steel walls and doors. They are extremely vandal proof. There are steel lock boxes which can accommodate a protective padlock for extra security. Storage containers have specially made corner castings for lifting and handling. Most containers ranging from 8 ft to 20ft have forklifts. There are crane equipped trucks which deliver the storage containers to the site.
In case sensitive goods are stored in a storage container, then it is recommended to open the doors on a consistent basis to let the storage container get enough air supply and ventilation. This is quite important during periods of acute cold or extreme hot weather. Also you should not stack delicate or expensive items directly against the walls of the storage container. One of the most important parts in the maintenance of steel storage containers is to keep the door intact and in absolute working condition. A quality storage container will have the door hinges greased regularly.
According to the rules for regulation of temporary storage container, the storage container must be set back from any side yard atleast five feet, from the front yard by atleast five feet, and also atleast five feet away from any structures on the property. In granting the permit, the Building Inspector will check and confirm the rights of adjacent property owners so that there shall not be any obstruction and hindrance of light, air or a plausible use of adjoining property.
The Building Inspector is also authorized to cancel any permit issued if he finds after investigation that the holder of the storage container has violated some or all of the provisions of this ordinance. In other words, if the storage container is maintained haphazardly and in an unsafe manner, or if it proves to be more of a nuisance than a utility, the building inspector can revoke the permit. By rule, a storage container can be permitted to remain for sixty days. There can be further extension granted on virtue of good reasons for the existence of the storage container, proved to the superintendent of buildings
